Understanding the JDA Model

Brigade Saravanampatti is being developed through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) rather than an outright land purchase. Under this model, the landowner contributes the land while Brigade Enterprises brings development expertise, funding, marketing and execution capability.

This asset-light structure is common in the Indian real estate industry and can allow developers to expand into new markets — such as Brigade's entry into Coimbatore — with comparatively lower upfront capital outlay.
